Glutathione and Oxaliplatin side effects

I am looking to see if anyone has had any success in using Glutathione to reduce a numb and burnt tongue after folfox chemo, I am reading it can help: http://patient.cancerconsultants.com/colon_cancer_news.aspx?id=17470 thanks, Jim.

    I don't know of this drug, but before my last infusion we tried a magnesium/calcium drip which seems to have minimized the side effects of Oxaliplatin. I still have the odd sensation here and there, but it is much more manageagle than in the past.
