It is a grade3 bladder cancer. And my father recieved the first surgery to remove about 1/3 of his bladder in this Jan and also had chemotherapy (having drugs injected into his bladder through a small tube) on a weekly basis for two months after surgery at first, then on a monthly basis for another 8 chemotherapies. But during July, he had a fevor that was continued almost half month. when he came to for his cystoscope check, doctor found the mucous around the scar is different. so they took a small tissue off in that place and the result came out shows that it is only an inflammation. But after CT scan, they found there is also a rounded spot outside the bladder, just on the scar, in which they saw some liquid. So my father had taken another surgery to remove the spot. Because I am in Australia to further my education, when my mum called me after the surgery that everything went well. however the result of biopsy reveals that there are tumors both inside and outside of the scar. What does this result mean? Does it mean it becomes a metastatic bladder cancer? Has anyone come across the same process? What aftercares shall we do? sorry for my poor English
