newly dx mantle cell

Hi, my father (65) was just dx with mantle cell lymphoma stage 4 - he is going to go to md anderson in houston for experimental treatment of intensive chemotherapy and rituximab - we kids (38,33,32,31) have no idea what to expect from the treatment ? how much care will he need ? someone with him 24-7 ?? my mother died 5 years ago of uterine sarcoma - so we will be taking care of him
