Shaving/ update on Pa

Hi Pia. I am stage 2 and for the record have been NED for 18 months. Your pa is gunna be fine, he is just going to go thru lots of really wierd times and that includes feeling really crappy. Keep the support going. It just takes a little time to figure out when he is having good and bad days, and he will have them. Actually..'ol kanga grew a beard too. I think it was mainly to do with the "oh, bugger...I don't give a rats attitude!" I had, especially while doing chemo. Sometimes the fatigue just kinda made me plain lazy, but then I guess the excuse was good enough. My guess is he is more so of that opinion than due to the flaky skin.
Some things, I will admit Pia I just could not be bothered doing.....nothing unusual about that for anyone doing medication/chemo etc.
cheers, kanga n Jen0 -
Salut Pia. For the record merde is the French word for ****, dog poop, bird droppings, whatever.
Sorry your Dad is poorly but he willl have good days and bad during his recovery. Pretty soon the good will outnumber the bad and one day he will feel tres bon. So will you.
Aspayia, who would kill to see a picture of ole Kanga sporting a beard!0 -
