I just wanted to thank you all for your support and encouragement on my race results! It is so important to return to our lives and live them with bravery and vigor! If Lance Armstrong can win the Tour de France, we can all go back to what we did and do it better or at least smarter. Survivors...KEEP MOVING!! Walk, bike, garden, swim, run, lift, yoga, Pilates...whatever it is...our bodies need the work to stay strong. Then eat right to rebuild. I said earlier that I don't have control over cancer, but I do have control over the other aspects of my body. Thanks again!
