Never got to respond to your question about the powders. I think Emily can answer better. Protein powder, just as it's name suggests, adds protein to the meal. Particularly important if you are vegetarian-which I am not, though I may use it for my morning meal. I find that if I don't have protein with breakfast it just doesn't last. The green powder is super high in nutrients.

As i said, emily or scouty can probably answer better.

    thanks for that goldfinch, I intend to check out a health food shop tomorrow, to see whats available locally.
