What should TSH be for a thyroid cancer patient. I am of the understanding that it should be very low, .10 to .50. Right now I am at 1.67.

    My understanding is that it should be at .10 or as close as possible. Of course, you have to take into consideration your free T4. It also, needs to be within range. I do not claim to be a doctor or anything in the medical field. Only my experience.
