Which pain meds ?

I had my right kidney removed 6-14-2005 and I am doing great but lately my knees have been hurting and the Doc says maybe arthritis. What is a good pain med with one kidney ? Thanks Lolly

    I take Naprosyn, which is a prescription drug. Aleve is the over the counter weaker version.
