Hi everyone,

I some very good news. My daughter is on vacation in Las Vegas with her boyfriend of 9 years. They were high school sweethearts. She called last night to say she is engaged. I am so happy for her and can't wait to start planning a wedding. I can't wait to see her diamond.

    Congratulations! How exciting, its so wonderful to hear happy and promising news once in a while! I keep waiting to hear this same news from my daughter who has been with her boyfriend for about 3 years. Good luck, and have fun planning the wedding.

    A big bonus of having been diagnosed with cancer, ironically, is that tthese life events mean so much more to me now. Congratulations and enjoy every little bit of it!
