Jena, I too was 28 my first go round. I had chemo, radiation, lumpectomy. I chose not to take tamoxifen at that time as my Oncoclogist suggested that If I wanted possibly to have children, I should forgo that. I got pregnant when I was 32 and had my son at 33. He will be 11 this next January.
I got pregnant three yrs after chemo. Doctor felt that I should wait at least 2 yrs. If you have any questions just email me.
My son is my one and only, so he is more precious to me than life itself.
God bless you in your endeavors.
