Extreme congestion

I had a total larngectomy about a year ago. I have had the typical runny nose but as of late the congestion has become severe. Major headache and really stuffy. I've been using OTC congestion meds. No relief. Anyone have something they have found that works?

Steven, try doing nasal irrigation. They sell ready-made products at the pharmacy that include a bottle and little packet to make saline solution.

Have you had it checked out by a doctor? Maybe a sinus infection? Anti-biotics?
