Awww now Barb.....you are not getting let off that easily sweetie. Sorry I did not reply to your post.I musta been off doing some housework. Listen gal...you vent as much as you like. I have recently been the trivial poster babe!!!!Everyone here told me to chill 'cos it would all work out ok..and it did...thanks to all tha wonderfull guys n gals we call family here and their prayers/support. We can never find words to make things right Barb but at least you can know that we each in our own ways have had to not only deal with cancer but all the other crap that we have been destined to endure. Despite all the hardship I found the best way to try and chill was to envelop myself in some chore or task that needed my full concentration and attention. And while I did that I put on my favourite music...Celine Dions.."my heart will go on".
Shut out the stress, even just for 1/2 hour Barb. The part that we all understand is that most of us are never aware really what others are going thru....we mostly only know about the cancer part. It is kinda like our friends or relations.....everyone of them usually looks like their lives are fee from troubles and stress...but thats because we are on the "outside" and never / or rarely hear the full story. Cheer up sweetie....thinkin of yah, love n huggies, Ross n Jen. -
Barb,
It is healthy to vent and I have found this site is the best place. Sometimes our families don't understand and they also get so overwhelmed with their anxieties to give us the comfort we need every so often. We here truly understand and know what you are feeling. So.....anytime, just open up those gates and let the flood of emotions run out. We are hear to help mop it up for you!
You certainly have a lot on your plate right now. Take care and I too hope your day today is much better.
