Hi all.. what a day yesterday. CT showed stable, so Onc is keeping me off chemo, however for the tumor, I'm having laser therapy this Friday. (scary) just to get my airway open and to prepare for direct radiation inside of lung (aka.. brachytherapy)Then I have 3 tx's of brachytherapy (One a week for 3 weeks) Both the laser and the brachytherapy treatments are like the Bronchoscopy (sedated with tubes down throat)
After all those tx's are done, I'll be scheduled for regular radiation everyday for 6 consecutive weeks. Whew!.. I'm told I shouldn't get sick or loose my hair. Any input on this? Will these treatments make me weak? I'm eating power foods and getting ready to fight in the ring! These treatments will keep me busy through May & June.. AND I'M GONNA WIN!.. that's my story and I'm sticking to it! lol hugggs Wanda

Thanks Tara honey, I'm not nuts about these tx's but at least I'm off chemo, and I've been eating so healthy I feel amazingly strong and so ready to knock this out! Thanks for your support sweetie. ~ Hugggs WandataraHK said:Hi Wanda,
