Stomach gurgles

Hi all. My mom has Colon cancer mets in the liver and abdomen. She has had 2 sessions of chemo and so far her stomach has returned to normal size so they feel it must be working to dry up the fluid. She started having a lot of gurgling noises before chemo started when she ate and still has them when eating now. They are not painful just noisy! Anyone know about this??

    Erika, my hubby's stomach makes more noises than my vacuum cleaner!!! It's all quite normal.

    my medical experts tell me noise is a good thing..it means the colon is doing what it's designed to do.

    Really Nanuk?? But why did these noises start when all of her problems started?
