Do you have pain from the surgery?
They attempted to do surgery with me, but couldn't as the cancer was between 2 lobes, I have ongoing pain, not sure if that is from surg or radiation or cancer? I am on ongoing tablets called Iressa? Do you knwo about those?
Are you well now?0 -
my stage was insitu.... the surgery wasnt bad just some rib pain for awhile and the muscles around it actually had a rough time in the hospital..... but well the stuff I do is I try to work the muscles in that area and I now dont have any problems. I have heard all about irrissa and it has worked for a bunch of people on the site. I did NOT have rads or chemo so I dont know much about that.....Ruby29 said:Hello Kirsten

I was diagnosed at age 24 with non small cell lung cancer, adenocarcinoma Stage 4. I'm 27 now. Currently on Alimta and Zometa. I did well on Iressa for 8 months. Not a candidate for surgery...chemo and rads are only options. The chemo has been effective...my primary tumor shrunk in half!0
