Hey Survivors!

Hello everyone. My name is Nina and I was diagnosed with Hodkin's Lymphoma when I was 14. Jow, I am almost 21 and really want to do something for others who are survivors of cancer. I was trying to start a "support group" (I really don't like that phrase) for young adults and teens but all I get is the run around. Does anyone know what I can do or who I can contact?
I would REALLY appreciate any help! I think its really important to connect to others and provide support. Any takers?
Thanks!
Nina

Hello Nina,
I think its a great idea to start a support group. I am a lymphoblastic leukemia survivor. I was diagnosed when I was 21. Here is a website I designed for leukemia: www.geocities.com/leukemia_lymphoma
Also, I started a support group from the ground up at my former parish. If you'd like I can offer some advice.
Here is my email: leu_lym@yahoo.com
Good luck and God bless! :-)
