Myriad Labs/Genetic Testing

An update on my situation with genetic testing. It seems because Myriad Labs didn't notify me for a year that the claim hadn't been paid, I've lost my ability to file an appeal with BC/BS. That has to be done within 180 days. I have filed a complaint with the Iowa Division of Insurance. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of things, but it appears many mistakes were made by Myriad Labs. Others beware if your doc asks you to have genetic testing done by this company. I've written to them too to see if they are willing to help with my problem. Hopefully they will. I'll keep you all posted.
