Hi everyone! Well Bert's CEA count is in today.....2.5!!!!!! Hip, Hip, Hurray!!!! He has now been off chemo for six months and with all the anxious times we spent worrying about why his CEA climbed from 0.9 up to 9.0 (gee, totally reversed itself) during a period of six months, yet all scans were clear, looks like it has resolved...most likely chemo related. Scans are next week so please say a little prayer for us. But I'm happy, happy, happy. It will be two years in July and I'm so grateful, today NED.

Mom remains stable..she's battling the lung cancer beast with all she's got. More later.

That is great news...good luck next week. My husband had his CT scan this morning along with chest x-ray and CEA. So I am in panic land at the moment. The last scan he had showed something in the liver but the PET scan did not light up so he was given the all clear.

Scary times!

I will definitely say a prayer for good results. I'm right where you are. My Dad finished 6 months of chemo 2 weeks ago and got his CT scan yesterday and PET scan today. We get the results next week
