HI I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR BROTHER-IN LAW MY DAD WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED IN 2000--HE HAD PARTIAL GASTRECTOMY FOLLOWED WITH CHEMO AND RADIATION. UNBELIEVABLY HE NEVER LOST A POUND AND WAS BACK TO RUNNING, GOLFING, ETC. HOWEVER LAST FALL THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE RETURNED IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT. HE HAS LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT THIS TIME AND IS ON A FEEDING TUBE BECAUSE HIS STOMACH OPENING IS BLOCKED BY THE TUMOR. HE HAS HAD FLUID DRAINED FROM HIS LUNG TWICE NOW. FROM WHAT I READ THIS IS CAUSED FROM THE CANCER. ITS JUST HORRIBLE BECAUSE HE HASNT HAD A BITE OF FOOD OR DRINK IN A YEAR NOW!!! ITS SO HARD TO FATHOM! MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Zellars I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Can they not remove the tumor or do radiation/chemo? Thank you for your reply. It was prayers that kept my brother-in-law alive when he was in ICU and we keep praying. Our prayers are with you and your family.ZELLARS said:HI I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR BROTHER-IN LAW MY DAD WAS FIRST DIAGNOSED IN 2000--HE HAD PARTIAL GASTRECTOMY FOLLOWED WITH CHEMO AND RADIATION.
