Is there anyone that the Doctor is keeping close watch on this. This is my target. he tells me that thyroglobulin is protien and that I should not have it. It is five years since my surgery and when I go off Synthroid for Body scan the level goes up. When on Synthroid it is on range. Is there anyone dealing with this?

Yes this is how they watch to see if you have a reoccurance by your TG levels. Did you have RAI after surgery? Do you know what your levels were? TSH,TG? Also has your dr checked for TG antibodies? If you can please come back and post your levels = ) take care
