hey dude,

let me set the record straight....I have NEVER eaten tofu turkey!!! hahaha! (maybe a tofu pup once or twice tho')

And I WILL be having ORGANIC turkey next week with whole grain stuffing and whole grain pumpkin pie with rice syrup (no sugar or dairy...my kids wonder why my pumpkin pies turn greenish...not sure...could be from the soymilk?)

Oh and the sweet potatoes! YUM! Hmmm, do you think I was fasting yesterday and all I can think about is food today??

Actually that quote was on my Beliefnet Daily Inspiration just the other day - you're close enough for government work. I think Mahatma would have approved of your paraphrase (not to mention your diet!)

Well I probably saw some in my co-op and was pittying the poor folks who would be serving that on their table! haha!
