Hello to everyone. Tomorrow is finally my big day. I will have my Liver Resection. My cancer came back 3 years later from my Colon Cancer. Its been a long hard wait since dx in late August-early September. I have placed it in God's Hands. 3rd time around. Breast Cancer 1999 Colon Cancer 2001 now a mets. to the liver. Thanks in advance.     You will top my prayer list tomorrow. You have the perfect attitude - let God direct your life and help you through your struggle. He won't dole out more than we can handle. You know it just occurred to me, the more of us they cut out, the fewer places that the cancer has to come back in. I say cut away!

    You hang in there. Of course you know that a liver resection will mean you're gonna have to cut back on all that rum you've been drinking lately. That's OK, I'll be happy to drink your rations! What are good shipmates for, eh?

    Montiel, you be strong and know that we're all right here for you (I'm the one in the back corner drinking your grog!)

    Montiel, I will certainly be praying for you. I know how hard it was on me having a recurrence 6 months after my initial diagnosis, so I can't begin to imagine 3 times. You are a very strong person. You will get through this. Placing it in God's hands is the right thing to do, even though I know that is hard too. Keep us posted when you can, I know we all care.
