Everoune please pray for me, tomorrow I will see my oncologist for my three months check-up and mamogram. I have tried to keep my mind off of it, trying to focus on other things and stay positive. I was diagnosed as Stage IIA with no lymph node involvement and clear margins, but I was also ER negative so therefore unable to take tamoxifen. I did chemo and radiation I am always concerned about the cancer returning. I try not to concentrate of it, but it never goes away. I am not the kind of person to sit and talk with a bundle of people in a support group, but one day I will be ready. Please keep me in your prayers tomorrow Oct. 5.

    I'm sending positive thoughts your way right now! Take some time today to relax, clear your mind and visualize yourself being calm and happy. No matter what the doctor says to you or what happens in your life, you will be able to deal with it and have peace of mind. You have come so far already! This check-up is just another step on the journey.

    Good luck tomorrow! I know how scary these visits are. Just remember you did everything you could possibly do to fight this disease so it is out of your hands.
    Trust in God and don't be afraid. You have made it through the WORST so you are STRONG.
    I HATE being ER- too! I will say a prayer for you.
