Hormone Therapy Femara

I have stage IV Breast Cancer did 8 rounds of chemo. My PET showed breast tumor 90% gone mammory chain nodes trace and cancer in the bone going forward. I am 38 have had Lupron injections and have started Femara. I feel good but would like some in put on anyone with the same protical. I had a baby in Nov, 2003 and was diagnosed with IV in March. I couldn't asked to be in a better place considering where I was in March but I would like some info on Hormone therapy it is suppose to work like chemo.

I'm on Femara as a Stage 1 patient. Indeed, it was the first drug my oncologist put me on instead of radiation or chemotherapy. It's a good drug and the side effects, which may be more troubling to me than to you, are not that severe. It's a one-a-day oral medication, obscenely expensive, but it does a better job of telling the body to stop sending out estrogen or progestin than most other drugs.
