growth on vocal cord

I would like to share information -(pre-op/post op)
regarding my up-coming surgery to remove a growth on
my vocal cord. Is there anyone on this forum who has
had this surgery? My doctor assures me it is quite
common, and that I will have a sore throat for about a week, that's all..but he has to give me a general anesthetic because of the gag reflex. Nanuk

    yes i have a groth on mine also i have ony been to preop and they are going to do surgry mon to bibsy it to see if it is cancer emailme and let me no if you had that done rach.e.p@hotmail.com

    They also told me the same thing that they are tell you if its not cancer
