swollen node

Hi, my mother was diagnosed with Stage 3C OVCA on March of 2003. After 6 treatments with cabo/taxol the cancer was on remission. On her last visit to the oncologist he felt a swollen node near the neck. While her CA-125 and CT scans are clear he still wants to take a biopsy of her node because he is concerned that this may indicate evidence of disease. I was wondering if anyone has experience this? I am really worried. Thanks!
