I am considering permanent expanders to reduce overall surgery (exchange for implants etc.) and am looking for experiences from those who have them. Thanks.

Would be glad to give you contact info for my surgeon who did a dorsi flap (reconstructive) on me last year. She's got patients who've been through it, besides me.

What I'm looking for is the permanent expander vs expander and then implants as opposed to reconstruction with any other body areas...did your reconstruction include permanent expanders? I'll take the surgeon name though anyway...thanks
