I had reconstruction done, but I’m having shooting pains (like muscle cramps), but no muscle as such was used, fat was taken from my tummy. Has anyone had a similar experience to this?

It's really a guess, but it could be a nerve thing. With surgery and/or radiation the nerves are often damaged and can cause shooting pains. I had pain like this in the beginning but it's much better now (although not totally gone). Good luck with yours.
