removing of teeth

Hi My father was just diagnosed with squamis cell cancer of the base of the tongue.. They have told him he needs to have all his teeth removed before they begin radiation and chemo combo treatment. Are there any places that will take his teeth out for a discount or free. we are in san diego calif
