Hi,
I had my surgery on March 29th-the drains from my breast are out, only one abdominal drain is left in. My breast's are engorged, feel rock hard and x'ly painful. Any suggestions on how to help reduce the swelling and pain.

You probably should contact your Dr. He can drain some fluid off for you if it is a problem. There will be some swelling once the drains are out, but your Dr. can tell you if it is excessive.
