I'm almost 2.5 years out of RP, and still have erectile problems - have used Viagra,Muse and Caverject with low to medium success. However, I have also had spontaneous stong erections while sleeping,so that tells me that the nerves and blood vessels must be intact. It's when I'm with a woman that I have problems.So-is it likely performance anxiety is at work here, and if so,how does one get over it,please?
