Good news, I had mammo and ultrasound last week and it did not show anything. The radiologist came and visited with me and said that is not to discount what I felt but it didnt show up. To keep a watch on this area. It was great he did not make me feel like a hypochondriac. So I had it done 2 months early, at least peace of mind.

Oh, what good news. It is so nice that the radiologist came and spoke with you. In these times, of everyone being in such a hurry, good people/doctors stand out!

I am new to this site but that is what exactly happened to me back in November of 2003. I kept checking myself and the lump was still there. I first thought that the reason I found it so easy was because I lost 30 pounds (of my own doing). I waited a few months before going back to the doctor because she told me that I was fine. But as soon as I did she told me to go to a surgeon. I had a mastectomy in May and then went through chemo and radiation.
