I just picked up a book at the Onc's office:
Diagnosis: "Cancer/Your Guide to the first months of Healthy Survivorship" by Wendy Schlesel Harpham,M.D.
This book is especially a good read for newly diagnosed-(all types) cancer. It covers most FAQ's
in clear, layman's language from A-Z
