Hi -
I am new to this site - I think this is a fabulous way for cancer patients and survivors to keep each others spirits up. My mother was diangosed with colon cancer in Jan. 03 and has since had two local recurrences. This time, the doctor suggested that we might want to consider more aggressive treatment.
Has anyone had experience with the new treatments available. (ie. Avastin, Camptostar?)

hi vanser,
www.cancerdecisions.com has been doing colon cancer chemo reviews all this month (and last) so check it out. Dr. Ralph Moss was a researcher with Memorial Sloan-Kettering and now is on his own. I find him to be quite a wealth of knowledge in this area.
