My name is Lauren.
I am a survivor of childhood leukemia.
Currently I am working on a research grant at the University of Southern California (USC)that is studying childhood cancer survivorship.
If you are between the ages of 18-39 now and were diagnosed before the age of 21 and would like more information about the study,
please send an e-mail to cansurv@usc.edu.
Please mention in your e-mail that you responding from the ACS CSN.
