Thanks again for the support you’ve provided each other over the years. We remain committed to supporting you in other ways throughout your cancer journey.

What can nurses do to better help you?

I am an RN student and I would like to know what the nurses who care for you could do to better help you? I'm anxious to get your feedback! Please reply!

Hi thanks for your concern. I can't say that I've ever received bad care while in the hospital. Knock on wood. I just don't like being poked and prodded at all hours of the day, but there isn't anything you can do about that! I just know it's a bit embarrassing for us considering the nature of our cancer. just your kindness is enough.
My husband is a CCRN. I think male nurses are great don't get me wrong but it is more comfortable with female nurses.
