Retroperitoneal Squamous cell carcinoma of undetermined origin

I don't know if my experience will serve any purpose other than letting you know there are others out there with similar cancers, but I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the breast last July. A second opinion called that dianosis into some question (there wre squamous cells throughout the 9cm mass, but my oncologist wasn't sure there were 'enough' to call it squamous). I just completed chemotherapy and radiation after having two surgeries. I am also 45. If she needs someone to talk to, please feel free to email me at Maureen.Collins-Williams@uni.edu0

I am 46 and Dec 2005 had surgery that removed a 13.5 cm mass that was around my kidney. It was also removed but was fine. They diagnosed it as retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma with sarcomatoid transformation mass. I have gone through 5 oncologists. My hysterectomy was in 2001. This tells me that it grew to this size within 4 years. Rarecancer.org sent me some information it is very rare and is fast growing and recurring type.0
