I thought my husband would not survive....

My husband is a survivor of Burkitt's lymphoma. His experience with this illness was not easy. What started as a tooth ache ended up being a tumor on the left side of his neck. He was treated a Umass in Worcester with a protocol chemotherapy treatment that was made up of 6 chemo sessions and finally a bone marrow transplant, but he only had 4 chemo sessions and refused everything else just after ending up in intensive care for almost 2 weeks. Our Lord was watching from above, my husband went into remission just 4 months after being diagnosed with cancer. We had a beautiful daughter after this even when doctors said he was sterile due to the chemo, she was born on April 11, 2000, one year and 2 months after my husband was diagnosed with cancer. She weighed a whopping 10 lbs. 8 ozs. and was 24 inches long. It's been 5 years and my husband never fell ill again and is now healthy and enjoying our 4 daughters. Our trust in our Lord and faith helped us through this terrible and scary time in our life when I thought I would loose my husband, my friend, my soulmate. Have faith all of you who read this because it's a true story. Email me if you want to find out more.
