trying to get into chat room

I have been trying all eveing to get into chat room and it wont let me.can anyone help?

    Bunnie,
    I was having trouble getting into the chatroom by my DSL line, but could access it through the phone line. I have recently reported my problem to AOL and they sent me an email to change some settings, it ended up being a quick fix. I have also heard Jose (the CNS guy) talk about loading Netscape. I have heard that this may work from several other people in the "technical" field. So, if you are using AOL call them or send tech support and email, if you arn't using AOL, try downloading Netscape as your browser, its free!
