For those that wanted to know how I take jello the ways are unlimited. A packet of plain jello can be mixed in to almost anything. I started out mixing it in my orange juice in the morning. Then I started making shakes by either mixing plain into an old fashioned one or flavored jello with milk and ice cream. Oatmeal in the morning works also. The plain can be added to anything. Just as long as it is a whole packet a day. I was told it takes 3-6 months to notice anything but after 3 days I was able to sleep at night. No more dull pain keeping me awake through out my body. My tendonitise healed up after fighting it for two years it was gone in a matter of weeks. I am told we loose cartlig and this replaces it. IF anyone trys this and sees results let me know how it works for you and how long it took to notice anything?
