hi, bonnie! no problem. if you haven't already, check out the bookstore page on the main acs site. i found some books about nutrition, activity, alternative treatment methods (to supplement with existing treatments and most of our other symptoms/side effects) and a decent cookbook. all, so far, have been helpful. acs offers them at a slightly reduced price. take care!
