I was dx in march 03, i had 6 round ellence and cytoxin, finished with that i am currently on a weekly dose of taxoter for 24 weeks then 5 weeks of radiation. im 35. anyone else have a similar amount???

    Hi Tabi i did 6 ellence,cytoxan and FU something cant remember now lol than had 4 rounds of taxol after that i had 5 weeks of radiations wich went pretty fast i am now on Femara altough no meds, cant say i fell great because my energy is down the pits right now
    Hang in there hun just like i am as they say it shall all pass and together we can hope to see at least half of our old self again.

    New to this site - I just finished up fourth round of Taxotere along with weekly Herceptin, looking forward (ha) to mastectomy in January then AC beggining in February, followed by radiation. Have reached a point where I am sick of this. Kept my spirits up for the first four months, but am tired of being cheerful and I'm so exhausted, I get tired brushing my teeth. Any sage words of advice?

    new to the site i was DX in 2000 of march i had two very ruff years with 6 cycals of chemo and 7 weeks of radiation i burnt clear thru real bad were the skin slipped off i was put on tomoxifen for almost 2 yrs and then because of it caused a life threating hysterectomy but dear it does get better we have are good days and our real bad days but it does get better for some times i pray it will not come back if i had a pain here or there hang in dear i would talk more if you need to appygal58@yahoo.com its good to talk and cry love carolyn
