loss of a loved one

well i am at a loss myself cause i dont know where to start. I just lost my husband a few months ago and I dont know what to do. the alone feeling i have just sits in my stomach and it take my all to function everyday. I lost him after a 3 week diag the week before he was fine. how do you get through day to day without the one you were suppose to spend your life with?

    My heart goes out to you,and I am sorry for you loss. What happened to him?, Please tell us something about him ,it will help to talk . We all have to go some day, and you are not alone, there are plenty of friends and family to help you . I know it is hard to loss someone you love, and a (spouse), it is like lossing a part of yourself. We are here for you , and we care. JAN
