I had a RP 7 months ago and after 5 months my PSA was .1< (the lowest on their scale). I'm having pains in my lower Abdomen and into my testicles. This usually occurs when I'm more active. Did anyone else have this problem after surgery? Other then that I feel pretty good.

I experienced similar pain about 4 months post-op and discovered I had an inguinal hernia. I had laproscopic hernia repair surgery and was back in action within another few weeks and back to racing mountain bikes within 9 weeks of the hernia repair. Let me know if you want more details but I suggest you see your surgeon or your GP to get his opinion.
