Has anyone had any success with Topotecan as a form of treatment for recurrent OVC?
Thanks.

I don't know of anyone I have talked to that it worked for. I was on it for two weeks, 5 days at a time and it knocked me out, felt awful and my numbers only went up. The Doctors always mention it as a second line treatment but I am hearing MUCH better results with Gemzar. Hope that isn't too negative but just honest. I think the drug is awful. My e-mail is pksold@earthlink.net if you want to know more and there are woman on this site with alot of information.
