Cardio Myopathy from Adriamyocin

Hi, i'm new at this, am a 24 year survivor of Ewings Sarcoma. I just had a baby and during pregnancy found out about Cardiomyopathy induced by Adriamyocin..want to talk to others w/cardiomyopathy from adriamyocin.

    There is a discussion group for long term survivors of childhood/adolescent cancers at ACOR.org We have over 300 members, including survivors of Ewing's. We also have members with cardiomyopathy related to chemo and rads. Come join us. It's a great group with excellent information. You also might be interested in the book Childhood Cancer Survivors by Nancy Keene. You can read about it at Amazon or read it at your local public library. Also see my earlier post about the follow-up guidelines for survivors. That will help you plan and think about future treatment.
