Alternative Treatment

I have lost my father and brother to cancer. Now my brother's youngest son (20) has been diagnosed with sarcoma -- the same kind that killed his father. He is interested in alternative treatments in a clinic in Mexico. Has anyone had any experiences with Dr. Rogers and his clinic in Matamoras?
