The breast cancer survivors keep this site current- but most of you are doing the first time
(and hopefully the only time) round.

If there are sufficient women with mets, I would encourage you to look at that site - you and I and some others could help each other with current inrormation/experiences.

Actually I don't mean a new site - new category - just move down the line of topics here.

Thanks,
Jean

    Hi Jean,

I think it is a great idea, but I don't follow you completely. I only know how to turn my computer on and off and read email, so please be more specific with me. You are always such a wealth of information, I know whatever you have in mind will be good.

Just excuse my ignorance. You have to spell everything out to me in detail concerning the computer. My sons always laugh at me, but it took me a while before I could use a mouse!

    God Bless,
    Kathy

    Kathy,
I tried to answer you earlier but something wasn't working - not me! - said the site had to be fixed.
When you choose to 'participate in a discussion' and the list of specific cancers comes up and we all go right to 'breast cancer' - if you scroll down the list - they are ABC - you'll find 'metatastic cancer'.

I'm no computer genius either - took awhile to get used to this new arrangement and still prefer the old not so technically advanced original site a lot of us met on - you and me etc.
    Thanks, Jean

Thanks Jean. I just did that and now know how that works. That site doesn't seem to be used as much as this one, but I will keep reading the posts there too.

    Carrie,

On the left side of this page is a heading, "Discussions and Chat", click on that and then scroll down until you find Metastatic cancer. You should find someone with mets to the brain there. If you are the same Carrie that emailed me, I did answer you and would be glad to help in anyway that I can. Remember Lance Armstrong had mets to the brain and he went on to win the Tour de France and win and win and win! Keep looking up. We are all here for you.

Hi Carrie, I don't have brain mets, but I did have bone mets to 2 different places. Would be glad to talk to you! God bless, hummingbyrd.
