Because I did not answer your email immediately, there seems no way to get in touch with you directly even clicking on the email icon on one of your messages.

Please send me another to my box and maybe this time I will have success.

    Look at the list on the left side of this page. Click on Your CSN Start Page. When the new page comes up, there will be a section on the bottom right that says New Messages. You will find directions in there on how to send e-mail out.
