i'm feeling completely overwhelmed today. my boyfriend was diagnosed with AML on june 2nd and just went into the hospital yesterday for his second round of consolidation therapy. he's doing well, getting excellent care and his spirits are good. we're blessed in so many ways, but some days i just feel like i'm drowning. after the weeks off between rounds there was something so horrible about seeing him back in the hospital. i feel consumed with the fear that he'll die and it's so hard to not share this with him. any suggestions?

Hi there
My husband was diagnosed a year and a half ago with Chrondrosarcoma a rare bone cancer three months into our mariage. Although it was and still is overwhelming we just took it a day at a time. Some days are better than others we try to stay positive but at times it gets hard. It is my turn now to be strong for him and be there when he needs me. Don't try to take it all in, stay positive and be strong.
